Country Taste Beefsteak Tomatoes: 
Perfect for hefty, one-big-slice BLTs and summer salads, this classic beefsteak is deep red on the outside and even deeper red on the inside. Its flesh is firm and meaty, yet literally bursting with juice and zingy, old-fashioned tomato flavor. A vigorous, disease-resistant grower, Country Taste performs well even in less than ideal growing conditions, yielding 10- to 16-ounce fruits.

Yellow Jelly Bean Grape Tomatoes: 
These sweet, little gems are really like garden candy: no one will be able to resist plucking them off the vines and popping them into their mouths. Clusters of 15 to 30 crack-resistant Jelly Beans are borne on vigorous, disease-resistant, indeterminate vines. Easy to grow, they are small grape-shaped tomatoes that are incredibly sweet with a firm texture.   Children of all ages love them. 

San Marzano 2 Plum Tomatoes:  Known as the best cooking tomato in the world.   San Marsano 2 is disease-resistant and grows in bunches of five to six, large fruits on indeterminate vines, ripening to a brilliant red with lustrous green shoulders. Producing over a long period of time, the crack-resistant fruit holds well on the vine. San Marzano 2 has a wonderful, delicate taste and a solid, meaty texture and is easy to use in the kitchen. It has an elongated, plum-shape, only two, small seed pockets that are easily scooped out and an easy-to-peel skin. San Marzano 2’s high sugar content helps create its big tomato taste and rich consistency. 

Black Beauty Eggplant:  The 1- to 3-pound, bell-shaped fruits have dense, firm flesh, glossy, deep purple skin and spine-free stems. Baked, grilled or roasted, Black Beauty is simply wonderful!
